Lot records

Lot records and certificates

A product name tells you what was ordered. The lot tells you what was supplied. Every released lot is given its own identifier and its own permanent record.

  • One permanent record per lot
  • Corrections dated, never deleted
  • Withdrawn lots stay public

Corrections and withdrawals

Documents stay attached to their lot. When a record is corrected, the correction is dated and the superseded file stays published beside the current one rather than being deleted. When a lot is withdrawn, the record stays public and the withdrawal notice states the scope of the withdrawal.
