Testing method
How a lot gets released
What is measured, what is not measured, and why the record exists before the lot ships.
- Independent laboratory
- UPLC/MS
- Identity, amount and purity
- 4 steps
- Specification, sample, record, dispatch
- 1 independent laboratory
- People's Peps does not draw the sample
- Permanent URL
- Created at release and never moved
The record exists before the lot ships
Synthesised to a written specification
The specification is fixed before the order is placed, and it is the document the result is measured against.
Sampled and submitted
A sample goes to an independent laboratory. People's Peps does not draw the sample and does not engage the laboratory, and the record says so.
Record published at a permanent URL
Result, unit, method, method version, laboratory, scope and dates. The URL is created at release and never moves.
Limits
What we do not test
Missing information is named, not hidden. Every row below is a test we do not run, stated so that nobody has to infer it from a silence.
-
Sterility
Not testedThere is no validated sterile process behind this material, so a sterility claim would have nothing under it.
-
Bioburden
Not testedOutside the accreditation scope of the laboratory we use.
-
Residual solvents
Not testedNot part of the release specification at this time.
-
Heavy metals
Not testedNot part of the release specification at this time.
-
Stability and expiry
No programmeThere is no stability data, so no expiry date is printed on any vial or carton.
Measured net content, reported against nominal
Purity alone does not describe how much material is in the vial. A 99% pure vial can still be short. Every released lot reports measured net content against the nominal amount, by its own method.
Check it yourself
The record is the product
Type a lot identifier and read what the laboratory reported, whether it flatters us or not.
