Every product sold on this site by Empowered Research and Design LLC is a laboratory reagent supplied for in vitro research only. This page explains what that means for you as a buyer and what we do to hold the line on it.

What our products are

Our products are synthetic peptides and related compounds in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, sealed in glass vials, offered and intended only for use by qualified researchers in laboratory or other controlled research settings. They are reagents. They are not offered, labelled, or intended for any therapeutic, preventive, diagnostic, cosmetic, food, or household purpose, and they are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use.

What our products are not for

Our products are not for human use, not for veterinary use, not for diagnostic use, and not for any form of administration to a living person or animal. We do not sell, bundle, or recommend syringes, needles, bacteriostatic water, alcohol prep pads, or any other supply associated with administration. We do not publish dosing, protocol, cycle, or regimen information, and we do not answer questions about it. If you ask, we will decline and point you here.

Who may buy

Buyers must be 21 or older and must be a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or business engaged in research. A qualified researcher is an adult with the education, training, or supervised laboratory experience needed to handle research chemicals safely in a controlled research setting. At account creation and at checkout you confirm both. We verify age, confirm the organization you name, compare your account details, and review your stated research category before accepting a first order. We may ask for more, such as an institutional or business email, a business registration record, a laboratory website, or a supervisor contact, when details do not match or an order is unusual. We may cancel an order or close an account where we cannot confirm eligibility.

Handling and safety

Products must be handled only by trained personnel in a controlled research setting using appropriate engineering controls, personal protective equipment, storage, spill control, and disposal procedures. Do not handle a product until you have reviewed its label, product information, and available safety documentation. A Research Product Information Sheet covering identity, storage, handling, protective equipment, spill response, and disposal is available for each product, and a Safety Data Sheet is provided where a product is classified as hazardous; request either at info@peoplespeps.com. In the event of accidental exposure, contact an appropriate emergency or poison control resource. Our support team does not provide medical guidance.

What we ask of you

  • Use our products only for in vitro laboratory research.
  • Follow the handling and safety practices above and the storage guidance on the product page.
  • Do not resell, relabel, or redistribute them, and do not represent them as fit for any purpose we do not state.
  • Do not submit reviews, comments, or messages describing administration to a person or animal or any physical effect. We will not publish them and may close the account.
  • Know and follow the laws that apply where you are.

What we do on our side

  • We print "Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use." on every label, every product page, every order email, and the footer of every page of this site.
  • We hold every page of this site, every image, every email, and every social post to the same standard: nothing we publish describes or implies a human or veterinary use, outcome, or effect.
  • We apply an internal release specification to every lot before it ships and publish the measured laboratory values without a pass or fail label, identifying every document by its source and the lot it describes.
  • We screen every order and refuse orders or close accounts where we believe a product is intended for anything other than in vitro laboratory research, or where a product is restricted at the destination.
  • We keep the same standard in our customer support replies.
